  My first time ordering about 5 items from them, and shipping was fast I was very excited and quality was great until I received the wrong item and unfortunately the one item I was waiting to wear for an upcoming party! Instead of receiving the purple slit skirt received a very unappealing huge pink dress. I am very disappointed. Customer service was very slow in responding takes 3-4 days for them to respond each time. Overall, I know I will not get the skirt before this weekend but at least they agreed to give me a return order to exchange for the right item. Still waiting to hear back from them.

I’m normally in love with jluxlabel

I’m normally in love with jluxlabel, but the last couple of orders have been a little disappointing. I ordered a dress and when I got it it had a huge tear in the side. I then ordered a body suit and the buttons won’t snap as they are not properly sewn. I’m going to have to remove the buttons and reinstall two buttons so the body suit will snap. I would have returned both items, but didn't want to go through the hassle. Date of experience: September 23, 2022

Just finally open my package. I really love the material high quality, but the only thing I’m disappointed from was the return policy because is my first time buying it for myself. Usually I always get what I want on this site and I’m so excited. I ordered the snake skin skirt and I was so devastated it is not even the same color as the website display or the picture in my email. The skirt is still cute and I will still rock it but I’m kinda sad it wasn’t the same item I seen and purchased.

I am so in love with this shop. My order is always on time and is exactly how it appears online! The fit is exact and the price point is perfect for me. I have purchased so many items from pants to tops to dresses and I'm so in love.

Not bad but not AMAZING

Reading bad reviews scared me, but I was definitely interested in giving them a try. I only bought (2) items, a back in stock item and a final sale item. I paid for 2-3 day shipping to ensure it would make it to me on time (and it did!) Reviews made it seem as is if they wouldn’t send you your stuff but that’s not an issue. I should have known the final sale item would be meh (came in Chinese lettered packing) but I was slightly disappointed in quality overall based on price point. The other dress (came in regular plastic packaging) felt heavier and gave me hope but it was still just a regular dress. I think they have real potential, but not sure I would be willing to pay such a high price point after receiving the items I purchased.

As always, my clothes arrived on time, and are PERFECT!! This is the only company that offers styles and pieces that are unlike any other! The material is great quality & the styles are amazing !!!

Ordered a Medium I’m 5’2 145lbs and it hugs my curves and gives me much body in my waist. The material is amazing doesn’t feel cheap and is well worth the price.

WOW! It's normally always a gamble to order clothing online because you're not always guaranteed to receive your items on time. JLUXLABEL did not let me down as I was able to receive my items much earlier than I'm used to with only standard delivery. Then upon receiving my items, they fit amazingly! I can tell there was much thought & quality put into each garment. I definitely will continue to shop here -- especially for these upcoming holidays!
